What Is Breathing Wellness Therapy?
Interrupted breathing during sleep may contribute to other potentially serious health conditions.
Sleep Disordered Breathing is an obstruction in the airway caused by narrow dental arches and/or an underdeveloped jaw, which causes the tongue to block the airway. A blockage in the airway prevents you from breathing properly, which can be linked to many symptoms.
Millions suffer from a variety of adverse health conditions which are the result of interrupted sleep patterns. While lying down, someone with an underdeveloped jaw, narrow dental arch, and/or a constricted airway is unable to achieve and sustain good, effective breathing.
Correcting the underlying condition often results in better breathing, more restful sleep, and a renewal of healthy vibrant living.
• At the Carroll Health & Healing we consistently see patients’ overall health and well-being greatly improve as breathing obstructions are corrected and airways expanded.
